1. Menjaga kebersihan tubuh

6. Memakai putih telur

Telur adalah sumber protein yang memiliki banyak manfaat bagi tubuh. Telur juga sering digunakan untuk perawatan wajah. Salah satu khasiat telur bagi kesehatan kulit adalah mempu menghilangkan jerawat, caranya adalah sebagai berikut:
  • Pisahkan kuning dan putih telur
  • Oleskan putih telur kedaerah kulit yang berjerawat (punggung/dada/wajah)
